Our team is available Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM . We will try to answer your questions and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Please note that our team is not available during public holidays in Catalonia, but we will be happy to assist you on the next working day.

Yes , ProteinK products, except for sports supplements, can be consumed by children and are a healthier alternative to other products on the market, as they are low in added sugars, low in carbohydrates, and high in protein.

Our products are good substitutes for typical industrial products, as they are low in sugars, low in carbohydrates and high in protein.

They are ideal for those moments when, while on a diet, we crave something sweet and want to enjoy it without any guilt.

Most of our products may contain gluten, lactose, nuts... In the description of each product you will find all the nutritional information, as well as the product's allergens.

Not as many as we'd like, but yes, we do have some vegan products. You can find them in each product description.

Orders and returns

We ship to all of Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Melilla, and Ceuta) and almost all European countries . If you wish to place an order from a country not listed, please write to us at contacto@pan-aleman.com and we will assist you.

We prepare and ship orders every business day. Once it leaves our warehouse, the order is usually delivered within 24-72 hours in Spain. If it's to another European country, it may take between 2 and 7 business days.

These payment methods are not currently available.

You can place your order with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard , and American Express . We also offer several online payment options that don't require a credit card, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay .

Don't worry! If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will notify you by SMS, email, or phone so you can arrange a new delivery. Also, when your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an SMS with a tool that allows you to make changes if you wish and track your shipment at any time.

If you have any problems related to the shipping or delivery of your order, you can contact us at contacto@pan-aleman.com and we will help you to make the delivery perfect.

Send us an email to contacto@pan-aleman.com as soon as possible indicating the order number you wish to cancel or the change you would like to make.

Please note that if the order has already been prepared or shipped, it will not be possible to make any changes or cancel it.

Yes, please contact us at contacto@pan-aleman.com with the order number of the item you wish to return. We will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that returns must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase and that we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products. Once your order is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment method. The refund will appear in your account within 2 to 5 business days.

In this case, you only assume the costs of returning the product to our warehouse.
